依據教育部臺教高通字第1142201506號函文，114學年度開始，論文延後公開應於學位考試前提出申請並經由考試委員審核，圖書館近期將公告114學年度新版申請書，114學年度畢業學生如需申請，請注意申請書版本。(113學年度畢業生申請可使用現有申請書)

論文延後公開區分為電子與紙本，電子請自行於臺北大學碩博士論文系統上設定即可，114學年度畢業生有需要申請紙本論文延後公開者請依以下步驟辦理：

1.填寫紙本論文延後公開申請書(114學年度版本)，附上證明文件於學位考試前提供給考試委員、指導教授、系所等審定

2.於臺北大學碩博士論文系統step2上傳全文步驟中，點選「有申請紙本論文延後公開者請點選此按鈕」選項，上傳核章完成的論文延後公開申請書及相關證明文件檔案

3.核章完成的論文延後公開申請書(含證明文件)連同紙本論文一併繳交至圖書館及系所

Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation

Starting from the 114th academic year, and in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s announcement, the application must be submitted before the thesis/dissertation defense. Please complete the application form and submit it, along with the required supporting documents, to your advisor, department, and examination committee members for review.

Please use the latest version of the application form to apply.

The embargo (delayed publication) of theses/dissertations is categorized into electronic and printed formats. For the electronic version, the embargo can be set directly in the ETD Upload (Thesis & Dissertation Submission System).

If you need to apply for an embargo(printed thesis), please follow the steps below:

1.Fill out the “Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation” (114.08 version), attach the supporting documents, and submit them to your advisor, department, and examination committee members for review before the degree examination.

2.In Step 2 of the ETD Upload (Thesis & Dissertation Submission System), during the full-text upload process, select the option “Click here if applying for embargo of thesis/dissertation”, and upload the stamped application form along with the scanned supporting documents.

3.Submit the stamped application form (including the supporting documents), together with the printed thesis, to both the library and your department.
