   1. 持證自由入館：憑本校證件至友校圖書館，經由換證程序後即可自由入館閱覽。
   2. 持證「臨櫃借還」：持本校證件即可至友校入館借書，借閱的圖書須親至借書館還書。
   3. 圖書「代借代還」：
      使用北聯大圖書資源共享平台線上提出借書申請，並選擇取件地(三峽或台北)，圖書到館後將寄發Email通知讀者。請於圖書館開放時間內至流通櫃台取件(7天取書期限)，借期為5冊/21天(提醒您，還書時勿投入還書箱)。

University System of Taipei-Library Resource Sharing Platform (北聯大圖書資源共享平台)

1. Website: https://ustp.lib.ntut.edu.tw/ustp/hyill/search_index.jsp
2. The USTP Union: National Taipei University, National Taipei University of Technology, National Ocean University, and Taipei Medical University
3. The services are provided for: students, in-school professors and regular employees
4. Service:

• Free admission: You can enter the libraries of USTP Union with your own student, teacher or staff ID card.
• Counter Service: With your own student, teacher or staff ID card, you can enter the libraries of the USTP Union to borrow books. Those books must be returned in-person on library counter service that you borrowed from.
• Book Loan Service: You can use “University System of Taipei-Library Resource Sharing Platform” to register for borrowing books from other schools' library for free. After receiving book arrival notice from email, you can pick up and return the books at the NTPU library. (Please DO NOT return books in the book drop at the library entrance.)
