隨著 CONCERT 與 Elsevier 完成新一輪 Open Access（OA）出版合約，並自 2026 年起正式生效，本次工作坊特別配合新合約內容規劃，協助研究者了解 Elsevier OA 出版相關政策、投稿流程與實務重點。
活動將從 OA出版相關政策與AI 輔助研究與投稿的出版倫理 談起，並介紹 Elsevier 提供的研究者支援工具，說明其如何支援期刊選擇、投稿準備與出版歷程。透過清楚的流程說明與工具導入，期望協助研究者更有效掌握 OA 投稿關鍵環節，並提升研究成果的能見度與影響力。本場次依不同主題安排中英文講者。
With CONCERT and Elsevier completing a new round of Open Access (OA) publishing agreements effective from 2026, this workshop is specially designed to align with the new agreement and to help researchers understand Elsevier’s OA publishing policies, submission workflows, and key practical considerations.
The workshop will begin with an overview of OA publishing policies and the ethics of using AI in research and manuscript submission, followed by an introduction to Elsevier’s researcher support tools and how they support journal selection, manuscript preparation, and the publishing journey. Through clear process explanations and tool demonstrations, the workshop aims to help researchers navigate OA submissions more effectively and enhance the visibility and impact of their research. Presentations will be delivered by both Chinese- and English-speaking speakers depending on the topic.
