【圖書館系統更新】6/24(三)-6/25(四)部分服務暫停
為提供更穩定的優質服務,6月24日(三)至6月25日(四)將進行圖書館虛擬化主機系統移機更新作業,圖書館及館屬自習室均照常開放,提供入館閱覽服務。
圖書館網頁及所有與圖書館自動化系統介接之服務將暫停,敬請留意並惠予配合。如系統更新提前完成作業,將儘快恢復相關服務。
館藏到期日為6月24-25日者,均順延至6月26日(五)。適逢畢業離校時期,請應屆畢業生務必詳閱,儘量避開上述日期到館辦理帳戶結清,避免影響離校手續辦理時效。
6月24日(三)至6月25日(四)暫停或調整之服務說明如下:
一、線上系統服務
(一)圖書館網頁:暫停服務。
(二)館藏查詢系統(含「我的書房」):暫停服務,登入、查詢、預約、續借等功能暫停使用。
(三)空間座位管理系統:歐趴室、6F各空間及電腦席位照常開放使用,惟暫停預約、登記、報到功能。各空間使用方式說明如下:
1.歐趴室、電腦席位:開放自由入座。
2.6F討論室、排練室、團體視聽室:已預約者請洽1F流通櫃台人員開門,並開放現場人工登記使用。
3.6F研究小間:已預約者請洽1F流通櫃台人員開門,不開放現場登記。
4.當日如有系統違規紀錄,將於系統恢復後一併取消,不會影響讀者預約權利。
(四)電子資源查詢系統:各項電子資源暫停連線,惟以下資源可正常使用:
1.不受校園網路限制之資料庫:
(1)Turnitin論文比對系統可透過網址 http://www.turnitin.com/ 登入帳號上傳比對文稿。
(2)TEJ台灣經濟新報https://tejpro.tej.com.tw/SchoolDoc/NTPU/
2.單機版資料庫:S&P Capital IQ、LSEG Workspace、RefinitivMarketpsych ESG Analytics
(五)北聯大圖書資源共享平台:暫停服務。
二、現場/臨櫃服務
(一)借書:暫停服務(含自助借書機),可至1樓服務櫃檯申請圖書在架預約服務。系統恢復正常使用後請憑「取書通知信」至櫃檯辦理借書作業。
(二)還書(含還書箱):請於原應還日前至櫃檯還書,將於系統恢復正常使用後統一刷還,可再自行登入「我的書房」確認。
(三)領取預約書:三峽圖書館、臺北取書櫃皆暫停服務。
(四)滯還金繳納、賠書:暫停服務。
(五)北聯大系統代借代還、臨櫃借還書:暫停服務。
(六)入館/離館:請本校教職員工生出示證件供門禁人員檢核後入館。離館請告知門禁人員開放門禁。

Library System Upgrade: Partial Service Suspension on June 24–25
Due to the library VM system upgrade, the library website and all services integrated with the Library Information System will be unavailable on June 24(Wed) - 25(Thu). If maintenance is completed ahead of schedule, services will be restored early.
- Library Access: The library and study areas remain open. Faculty, staff, and students are required to present a valid university ID for entry. Please ask the staff to open the gates when exiting.
- Loan Extensions: Items due on June 24–25 will automatically be extended to June 26 (Friday).
- Graduating Students: To avoid delays, please avoid visiting the library on June 24–25 to process your graduation clearance.

【Online Services】

3. Seats & Rooms Reservation System
(1) 2F All Pass Room and 1F computer seats
Open seating; no reservation required.
(2) 6F Discussion Rooms, Rehearsal Room, and Group Viewing Room
Users with existing reservations should contact the staff at the 1F Circulation Desk for access. Walk-in registration will be available.
(3) 6F Study Carrels
Users with existing reservations should contact the staff at the 1F Circulation Desk for access. Walk-in registration will not be available.
(4) Any system violations recorded during the downtime will be automatically waived and will not affect your booking privileges.
4. E-resources Gateway
E-resources service will be unavailable. However, databases that are not restricted to the campus network (Turnitin, TEJ) and on-site databases will remain unaffected.
5. University System of Taipei-Library Resource Sharing Platform
Service will be unavailable.
【Circulation and In-Person Services】
1. Book borrowing (including Self-check Machine)
Service will be unavailable.
2. Book Returns (Including the Book Drop)
Please return library materials at the circulation desk on or before the original due date.
3. Pickup of Requested Items (Sanxia Library and the Taipei Book Locker)
Service will be unavailable.
4. Payment of Overdue Fines and Replacement of Lost Materials
Service will be unavailable.
5. University System of Taipei-Library Resource Sharing Platform
All in-person and proxy borrowing/returning services will be suspended.
